I must admit, I am getting excited. Things are starting to come together so that I feel we are really going to go. Conrad has started, which means I have a name to give to my clients as to who will handle most of my files. I have already started to introduce him to clients.
We are starting to gather things together and pile them in a corner to pack when the time comes. Our dollar is strong and that makes spending time in Europe that much easier. Everything is going really well. It is going to be a hectic week coming up but we are going to GO.
This is really a test to see if the blog works. If so, tune in regularly, folks.
It seems to be in order. You should consider creating a system to let the readers know who is writing. It will not always be obvious.

You should be finishing your first full day as I write this. I imagine the two of you sitting at a sidewalk cafe, finishing a delightful and relaxed meal with a great local wine. All the best!!

I am envious of your extended vacation. Have an amazing time! What the heck is a blog? I don’t know what I’m doing, but I’m doing it anyway. And I am the first one! Also, by the way, I spoke to Conrad and sent him a file. He seems to know his stuff. So, relax and fly away!

I’m enjoying your blog – always good to meet another North American who’s traveling for more than a day or two in Serbia (and outside Belgrade – great!) I’m glad you’re having a good time, but one thing, you might want to note it’s the Canadian Dollar that’s strong. Lucky, lucky, you.

Well, I am back in Vancouver and having extreme problems adapting to the RAIN and the pace, which is of course considerably busier than the pace I had in France and Italy. Perhaps 5 weeks was a tad too short…I am sure 2 months will be sufficient to get over wanderlust!
Your blog presents a great way to escape…rather than tackle one tiny item on my list of a hundred things that need doing, I am enjoying reading about your adventures.
I do hope you are planning to move in a southerly direction, as I see the temperature is scheduled to drop to freezing overnight up around Zagreb…
love to you both–
Tracy
